Student Monthly Packages (Middle/High School, College)
Individual Monthly Packages
Same as individual monthly package above, except the special pricing for currently enrolled students. Student packages are not eligible for the partner/small group discount. Schedule a consultation to purchase.
Partner or small group (up to 4) training sessions with your coach. Sessions are 1 hour. This option is best for people who have similar goals and would like to train together, but individual programming needs can be accommodated. Schedule a consultation to purchase.

Have an extra free day in your schedule and want to get another workout in? Purchase a single session.
Like working out alone but have a certain lift that’s giving you trouble? Schedule a private technique session with our coaches. These sessions are longer to allow for in-depth form corrections. Schedule a consultation to purchase.
Remote Coaching
Live too far away to train with us in person? Or simply like going to the gym on your own, but want some direction? No worries! With our remote coaching options, you will receive a fully customized training and nutrition plan that takes into account the equipment you have access to, your diet preferences and current fitness level. Regular check-ins, exercise demo videos, workout and meal tracking are all handled through our training app.
This option is ideal for those individuals who have strong intrinsic motivation, but would simply like to take the guess work out of training and nutrition. Schedule a consultation to purchase.
