About Invictum Strength & Performance
Invictum is the Latin word for “unconquerable” — a philosophy that guides everything we do. At Invictum Strength & Performance, we believe training is more than just lifting weights; it’s about building resilience, discipline, and confidence that carries over into every part of your life.
Our approach goes beyond generic programming. Every client receives a customized training and nutrition plan built around their unique goals, abilities, and lifestyle. With one-on-one attention and a results-driven process, we ensure each step of your journey is purposeful and aligned with your long-term success.
For athletes and individuals passionate about strength sports, our semi-private training center offers limited memberships but access to specialized, high-end equipment designed for Powerlifting and Strongman. It’s a supportive environment where serious lifters can push their limits while being part of a focused community.
Whether you train with us in person, work with our coaches online, or train independently in our facility, our mission is the same: to help you embody the spirit of the unconquerable. To not just train harder, but to train smarter, longer, and stronger — until you become INVICTUM.

Owner/Head Coach
Coach Gabe has been a personal trainer and coach since 2016, and has been coaching full time since the summer of 2019. He was the head wrestling coach at Forest High School in Ocala, FL for 5 years, but stepped away to focus on his own business.
In 2021, Gabe helped open Optimal Strength & Performance, and then in 2023, after two successful years in that partnership, decided to step out on his own and opened Invictum Strength & Performance.
As an active strongman competitor, Gabe has qualified for USS Nationals four times, in 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. He also actively trains jiu-jitsu and used to perform occasionally on the independent professional wrestling circuit as GabeZilla (those matches can be found on youtube). In the small amount of remaining free time he has left, he enjoys playing guitar in his band, Vile Serpent.

Coach Lauren is originally from the Akron area in Ohio and has worked in the ceramics and fashion world for 10 years. She became passionate about Bodybuilding after having success with her own weight loss journey and falling in love with lifting!
After several people asked for her help in their own fitness journey; she really found a joy in helping others make healthy lifestyle changes. She became a Coach at Anytime Fitness for a few months before she got certified in personal training in May of 2023. She then became a Personal Trainer at Workout Anytime for about 6 months before joining the ISP team.
Coach Lauren has always enjoyed outdoor activities from camping, bike riding, kayaking, to hiking mountains; training heavy in the gym and doing her cardio on her bike is how she likes to train for her all her outdoor adventures.
When she’s not in the gym or outside, she enjoys traveling and exploring new places, working on graphic design projects and working on her van that she has converted into a camper.
